What is the current situation?
We know that in our modern world people are gaining weight at an alarming rate with large proportions of our populations being overweight. Statistics vary in detail but overall there is a trend towards  two thirds of adults and one in three of our children that are now overweight and obese.

How long will it take for me to reach my goals?
Each individual has different goals. Your goal might be to play with your children without puffing. It might be to be able to wear a particular outfit for an event.  You may want to sleep better. The time to reach each goal will be different.

What is the best diet?
We believe that eating a range of foods from all food groups achieves greater satiety than sticking to a strict diet. We focus on realistic life-long changes to eating habits. We draw from and extensive range of available information that can be incorporated into your menu planning.

Am I allowed to eat chocolate and drink wine?
The language that we use is very powerful. What happens when you think about being "allowed". If you enjoy a glass of wine - then do so - have a glass of wine and really enjoy it. This is the same for chocolate. Most foods are perfectly OK, in moderation.

I believe that it is important to be Mindfull when we are eating.  "Think about How You eat" is an article, that you can find on my blog, about mindfullness and eating.

Do I have to exercise?
Many people are not particularly inspired to “sweat it out at the gym” and the whole idea of exercise is very unappealing. We believe that language is really important and we tend to talk about "moving our body". Everyone will have a preferred way to move and we will work with you to discover what works best for you.  We have different ways for clients to access our services and products.  All face to face sessions are conducted in Sydney.

  • home study kits that bring the Seminars to you and you can access at any time

What is an MP3 recording?

MP3 recording is technolgy that enables us to record our sessions and classes as data that you are able to download to your computer or MP3 player.  This enables you to listen to the class multiple times whether at your computer or using your MP3 Player headphones, or in your car.  It helps gives access to information to even the most remotely located people.

What is a Tele Class?

A Tele Class is a class that is held in cyber space.  We provide you with a phone number and you dial to listen in.  The class will be hald at a specified time.  If you are not able to attend the class we will provide the recording afterwards so that you are able to listen in your own time.
