For 30 years I have been working with people in business. I have worked with people in large Corporations and with people who have Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). SMEs make a significant contribution in business all over the world; these are the Soloists, Kitchen Table Tycoons (KTT), Mompreneurs and people who have started their own Business.
Over time I have noticed a pattern; something that many of these people have in common.
When they pay attention to having Good Health, the rest of their life is more likely to be going well. And, when their health is not good, it seems that other aspects of life don't go so well.
My philosophy is that you can prevent so many potential issues by knowing what you want from life and putting into place the behaviours, habits, practices and rituals to support that.
